Tips for Tournament Play
- Build your team around the ruleset. Check banned species and clauses before team building.
- At level 50, speed tiers shift compared to level 100 — some Pokemon that are fast at 100 may not outspeed others at 50. Study the speed tier list.
- Item Clause means you can't stack two Leftovers or two Choice Scarves — diversify your held items.
- Lock in your team early to avoid last-minute stress.
- Spectate other matches to learn opponent strategies before you face them.
